ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية بالمنطقة الشرقية القبض على مقيم من الجنسية الباكستانية نقل مخالفين من الجنسية نفسها في مركبة يقودها عبر منفذ جسر الملك فهد، وجرى إيقافهم واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم، وإحالتهم إلى جهة الاختصاص ثم إلى النيابة العامة.
وأكد المتحدث باسم المديرية العامة للجوازات أن كل من يسهل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال، يعرض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به. وأوضح أن الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة، حاثاً على الإبلاغ عن مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود على أرقام خدمات الطوارئ في كافة مناطق المملكة، وستعامل جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة دون أدنى مسؤولية على المبلغ.
The security authorities in the Eastern Province arrested a resident of Pakistani nationality who was transporting violators of the same nationality in a vehicle he was driving through the King Fahd Bridge. They were stopped, and legal procedures were taken against them, and they were referred to the competent authority and then to the Public Prosecution.
The spokesperson for the General Directorate of Passports confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form, exposes themselves to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a financial fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and accommodation used for shelter, in addition to being publicly named. He clarified that this crime is considered a major offense that warrants detention and is detrimental to honor and integrity, urging the reporting of violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations to the emergency service numbers in all regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any liability on the reporter.
