تواصل السلطات الصينية اتخاذ إجراءات احترازية واسعة في شرقي البلاد مع اقتراب إعصار (دولفين)، الذي يُتوقع أن يضرب السواحل الشرقية خلال الساعات المقبلة مصحوبًا برياح قوية وأمطار غزيرة قد تتسبب في اضطرابات واسعة في حركة النقل والمرافق العامة.

وتشير توقعات الأرصاد الجوية إلى أن (دولفين) قد يتحول إلى واحد من أقوى الأعاصير التي تشهدها المنطقة هذا الموسم، مع احتمال ارتفاع مستوى الأمواج وحدوث فيضانات ساحلية في بعض المدن المطلة على بحر الصين الشرقي. كما أصدرت السلطات تعليمات للسكان بضرورة البقاء في المنازل وتجنب المناطق المنخفضة، فيما كثّفت فرق الطوارئ استعداداتها عبر نشر معدات الإنقاذ وتدعيم البنية التحتية في المناطق الأكثر عرضة للخطر.
